To put it very simply we are a community of people traveling the journey of life together. Our goal is to provide a place where anyone who is willing will be held accountable to the pursuit of well being. The main conduit for this is health and fitness.
What is well being? Well- being is the experience of health, happiness, and prosperity. It includes having good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and an ability to manage stress. Simply put, well being is just feeling good!
Being healthy and having fitness is great but our hope is to help you see that in order to have true well being there are other areas that need attention. This life is a marathon and not a sprint. Our well being is constantly needing attention so that it can sustain us for the rest of our days.
