Barbell Club

7pm Monday – Thursday.  

Monday and Wednesday:

1.Weightlifting is a program that meets twice a week at 7pm where we teach the fundamentals of the clean and jerk and the snatch. Beginners or athletes preparing for a meet or an EPIC Series event will receive instruction and training during class. The class will also be comprised of warm up and supplemental exercises to bring up weaknesses that the athlete may have.

Tuesday and Thursday:

2. Powerlifting is a program that meets twice a week at 7pm where we teach the fundamentals of the bench press, squat, and deadlift. Beginners or athletes preparing for a meet will receive instruction and training during class. The class will also be comprised of a warm up and supplemental exercises to bring up weaknesses that the athlete may have.
