100m run with plate
snadbag carry 145-200/ 40-100#

*any press is allowed. weight must be cleaned from the ground
each step is one on lunges. walk towards the door and out after tenth step continue to run with plate any way
sandbag must be cleaned off the floor and walked down and back space
