-add weight each set

2 rounds
20 kb swings
20 kb push press
20 kb squats
20 kb kayaks
20 Burpees
rest
– Use a weight that challenges you but still allows you to go unbroken.


*scale as needed

Try to use the same kb for each movement
push press done with two hands
squat: hold kb any way you want
kb swings american
