Positive things are always difficult to do first time. Yet, being positive can bring a lot of success and happiness. Positives take nothing but give a lot and negatives take a lot but give nothing.success

THURSDAY:

10 min amrap:

20 mountain climbers (L/R =1 rep)

10 kettle bell swings 44/35#

10 walking lunge steps (each step = 1 rep)

200m run
