Tuesday’s Workout 7/8

First thing we want to say how proud of everyone who completed Eat to Succeed III, the Paleo challenge our gym did for 8 weeks. Our goal was not to try to be perfect but instead learn how to eat to accomplish our goals whatever they may be. Everyone that finished the challenge were able to see what worked or didn’t work in the end . We had performance improvements overall and as a group lost 51 inches.

Our winner with the most inches lost and improvements in both areas of her kettlebell swing was Lisa Benbow. With her consistency in working out and awareness of what she was putting in her mouth she made this happen. A mother of two girls and working full time job along with pulling her Masters Degree in May she had a mission. One example of changes in her daily routine: she took her girls to Knotts Berry Farm for the day and she brought her own food for herself. That’s being prepared! Great job Lisa.Keep up the good work!
