We are measuring at the midpoint of our Paleo Challenge. It’s optional but for those that have so far we are seeing some good results with 2-3 inches being lost overall. That’s just in 4 weeks!!! Keep going strong and don’t get discouraged if you aren’t where you want to be instead let’s do this !!

Bench press
