Tuesday’s Workout 2/25

Today we closed the gym so our coaches could have a sabbatical day. It was a day of doing no work and taking time for ourselves. We are very thankful that our community here at Los Amigos are willing to be flexible with their schedules so we can do this. With the demands of a business, family and just life in general we should all be thinking of how we can take time for ourselves and not just a two week vacation sometime in the year. We are one of the only nations that don’t do this on a regular basis and as you read the article posted here you see the consequences of our hectic lives. Being healthy isn’t just about exercise and food.When was the last time you took a whole day, (or two), to enjoy doing nothing productive?
