You know the last month of the year when you start thinking it. “This is the year I finally get in shape..” Lets be honest tho’ didn’t you say that same thing last year? Did it happen? Like most New Year’s resolutions it ended before the week was over. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Not many people are able to do it on their own.
