It’s good to know I fall into that 20% of a group of people that have kept off weight. It’s been 4 years since I took off 80lbs and went from a size 18/20 to size 10. All done with exercise(Crossfit) and eating healthy. Now I’m helping others do the same.There’s not one excuse you can give me that it can’t be done. I’m a living(healthy) proof of that.
