Tuesday  12/24-only am classes 6am 7am  9am

Wednesday 12/25- closed

Thursday 12/26-regular classes resume.

Friday 12/27- regular classes

Saturday 12/28-regular classes

You know the last month of the year when you start thinking it. “This is the year I finally get in shape..” Lets be honest tho’ didn’t you say that same thing last year? Did it happen? Like most New Year’s resolutions it ended before the week was over. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Not many people are able to do it on their own. That’s where we would like to offer you our help.  Los Amigos Crossfit started because we wanted to help people get fit and for almost a year now we have done just that. It’s good to know I fall into that 20% of a group of people that have kept off weight. It’s been 4 years since I took off 80lbs and went from a size 18/20 to size 10. All done with exercise(Crossfit) and eating healthy. Now I’m helping others do the same.There’s not one excuse you can give me that it can’t be done. I’m a living(healthy) proof of that.
