We dedicate this post to our own Chase Roman, who leaves for a year tour in Afghanistan today. This is his second tour for the Marines. He’s been with us since April when he would come down from Camp Pendleton to visit family and workout not missing a Saturday WOD if he had his way. He keeps strict in Paleo and always tries all kinds of meat and recipes to make his own food to fit this lifestyle. We are honored that he is one of our members while he serves our country. We will miss you but we look forward to when you are doing cleans and double unders with us again.

…but we got new equipment!!!

More kettlebells, medicine balls,dumbbells, rower and much more. It was like Christmas without the tree.

Anyways, Thank you to Jim and Diana for lending us transportation to get the stuff.
