People ask me all the time “How did you do it?” “What diet did you follow to lose your weight? What supplement/cleanse did you do? Did you have surgery? All I can say is it just passed 5 years and I maintain my 70lb weight loss and I’m stronger than I ever have been, even in my twenties.  

WOD:

15 min AMRAP
10 knees to elbow
10 box jump 24″
200m run
