Frustrated because  you still going back and forth between your old habits and what you know is better for you? Trying to live healthy and make good eating choices can be difficult. Keep in mind It takes more than a day to change what you have been doing on a regular basis. the good news is that you can make the change and you don’t have to do it alone. Get someone to help you be accountable and start making changes in the daily routine. Change your thinking of “I can’t do this” to “I’m going to do this”

Monday’s Workout 7/29

Three days of grueling workouts to see who would take home the $275,000 purse. It was inspiring to see 3 time winner Rich Froning and Samantha Briggs crowned fittest man and woman of the world tonight. Great job to all that participated!  Until next year’s games what are you going to do to make yourself better?
